Our Process

We follow a standard process in order to ensure the best results

The first step is gathering requirements.

We ask many questions in order to fully characterize the system. We investigate existing databases, to see if they can be re-used or re-purposed. The output of this step is a detailed design document and a statement of work.

That statement of work drives a quote,

which gives the overall price and timeline for the project. Once the quote is approved and a purchase order issues, the project is added to our schedule.

During the course of the project, we work closely with the customer.

Intermediate deliverables are shared, including tests, documentation, etc. Once the project is completed, we assist with moving the systems to production.

Project setup is followed through to completion.

After the customer has indicated final acceptance of the project, we send a final invoice, at which point support starts.

We provide ongoing 24/7 support for all systems we build.

Training

We offer on-site or remote training for FreeRADIUS.

Client Library

We offer a proprietary RADIUS client library, suitable for embedded systems. This library is not under any "open source" license, and is available under a variety of licensing models.
